Recipe Requires:
- margerine
- porridge oats
- a bit of flour
- golden syrup (if no syrup just use sugar)
Proportions vary a bit according to preference.
- Melt margerine and sugar/syrup in the pan. (Amounts should be roughly equal.)
- Add pinch of flour and then oats.
- Stir until oats have an even covering.
- If adding extra - eg raisins add them in.
- Pat mixture down into bottom of pan.
- Leave for a few mins, flip over 5 more mins.
- Take off of heat and do whatever.
