Funny looking Spanish director that has created some awesome films that are awesome even when you're reading the subtitles all the time, have twisting plots than are slightly more complicated than Terminator and most other mediocre Hollywood films.

La Mala Educación (Bad Education) - 2004 I feel that anything I write about this film will give away a hidden part of the plot, however, it centres around the lives of two men who went to the same catholic school where they were abused.
Hable con Ella (Talk to Her) - 2002 When I had this film described to me I went "riiiiggght..." and was quite aprehensive about watching it. However I found it very engaging. It is about two men who are in love with women who are in comas.
Todo sobre mi Madre (All about my Mother)
Pretty good, not as good as Hable con Ella, the plot twists aren't nearly so Almodóvar, its much more obvious in this one. Basically about a woman whos son dies and one of his organs is donated to another guy.
